Slash commands
The /dexbi command your moderators can use in Discord.
Dexbi has one command, /dexbi, with two subcommands. The replies are only visible to the person who ran it.
By default only members with the Manage Messages permission can see the command. You can change who can use it in Discord: Server Settings > Integrations > Dexbi.
/dexbi resume
Makes Dexbi answer normally again in this channel, keeping the conversation so far.
Use it when Dexbi has gone quiet and you want it back. It ends any quiet period in the channel: after a teammate stepped in, after a member told it to stop, or after a member was muted as a troll.

/dexbi forget
Forgets the conversation in this channel and starts fresh. The next message is treated as a new conversation.
Use it when a conversation has gone off track, or after you've fixed a document and want Dexbi to answer from scratch.

Where it works
Only in channels where Dexbi is deployed. Anywhere else it replies "Dexbi isn't deployed in this channel, so there's nothing to control here." It doesn't work in DMs.
