What Dexbi stores, who can see it, and how to delete it.

What Dexbi stores
- Your account: your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar, from signing in with Discord.
- Your workspace: documents, website pages, images, guidance, audiences and settings.
- Conversations: the messages Dexbi answered and its replies, so it can follow a conversation and so the Test box can show sources.
- Transcripts: only if you turn Transcripts on. Each one is a web page with the ticket's text, names and avatars, plus any rating the member gave.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. Dexbi doesn't store card numbers.
Who can see it
- Your workspace is only visible to you and the teammates you add.
- Each server's knowledge is kept separate. One server's documents are never used to answer in another.
- Your private content isn't used to train shared or third-party AI models.
- Dexbi doesn't sell your data.
- Transcript links can be opened by anyone who has the link. Share them with care.
Conversation memory
Dexbi remembers each conversation so it can follow up. /dexbi forget clears a channel's conversation at any time. See Slash commands.
Export
Settings > Danger Zone > Export Workspace downloads your documents, guidance and settings as a JSON file, any time, on any plan.
Delete
- Delete a workspace: Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Workspace. Dexbi stops answering right away. The data is kept for 60 days, then permanently deleted: documents, conversations, files, images and transcripts.
- Delete your account: click your avatar, then Delete account. Delete the servers you own first.
- Reset without deleting: Reset All clears documents, guidance, audiences and deployments but keeps the workspace. See Workspace tools.
