Workspace tools
Appearance, export, import, reset and delete.
Appearance
Settings > Appearance switches the dashboard between Dark and Light. It only changes how the dashboard looks for you.
Danger Zone
Only the Owner sees Settings > Danger Zone. Resetting and deleting take effect right away.
Export Workspace
Downloads a full copy of the workspace as one JSON file: every document, guidance rule and setting. Nothing is deleted. Use it as a backup, or to copy a setup to another server.
Import Workspace
Loads an export file (up to 25 MB) into this workspace. Nothing already here is removed.
What comes across: documents and folders, guidance and escalation rules, audiences and the bot persona (your Tone setting).
What stays behind: channels and roles, escalation targets, members and teammates, conversations and synced websites. Add websites again with Website sync, and pick your channels and roles again in the new server.
Reset All
Clears everything Dexbi was trained on in this workspace: all documents, guidance rules, escalation rules, audiences and deployments. Your teammates, plan and Discord connection stay. You have to type the workspace name to confirm. It can't be undone, so export first if you might want anything back.
After a reset, Dexbi isn't deployed anywhere. Deploy it again when you're ready.
Delete Workspace
Deletes the workspace and everything in it. Dexbi stops answering in the server right away. You have to type the workspace name to confirm. You can also do this from Your servers with Delete server.
- A paid subscription is cancelled straight away, and the unused time becomes a credit.
- Your data is kept for 60 days, then permanently deleted.
- Dexbi stays in your Discord server. To remove the bot too, kick it from the server in Discord.

Delete your account
Click your avatar, then Delete account, and type DELETE. This removes your Dexbi account and your access to every server you were invited to. Delete any servers you own first.
