Teammates
Give your mods and staff their own access to the dashboard.
Teammates are people who can sign in to your workspace in the dashboard. This is about the dashboard only. It doesn't change anything in Discord.
Teammates are in Settings > Teammates. On the Free plan this section is locked. Adding teammates starts on Basic, and each plan has its own number of teammates. See Plan limits.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |

The Owner isn't listed here and can't be changed. Only the Owner handles billing and can delete the workspace.
Add someone
- Next to Admins, Editors or Viewers, click Manage.
- Click Add to Editors (or Admins, or Viewers).
- On Users, paste their Discord User ID and click Add. You can add several, then click Confirm.
They must be a member of your Discord server. They sign in at dash.dexbi.app with Discord and see your server in their list.
To find a Discord User ID: in Discord, turn on Developer Mode (User Settings > Advanced), then right-click the person and choose Copy User ID.
Give a whole Discord role access
On the Roles tab, check Discord roles instead of people. Everyone with that role gets the access level. For example, give your @Moderator role Editor access. Your plan limits how many roles you can add.
Who can add whom
You can only manage people below your own level. Admins manage Editors and Viewers. Only the Owner can add or remove Admins. Nobody can remove themselves.
Remove someone
Open Manage and click Remove next to them. They lose access right away.
After a downgrade
If you're over the teammate limit after a downgrade, the newest teammates lose access until you remove some or upgrade. The Owner always keeps access.
