Audiences
Group members so some documents and rules only apply to them.
An audience is a list of Discord members or roles, like "Premium subscribers" or "Staff". You can then limit documents, website pages and guidance rules to one or more audiences. Dexbi only uses them when someone in that audience asks.
Every workspace has a built-in Everyone audience. It can't be renamed or deleted.
Create an audience
- Open Settings > Access. Next to Audiences, click Manage.
- Click New audience. Give it an Audience name and, if you like, a Description.
- Click Create audience.
- Click Manage on the new audience to add members:

- A guidance rule: open it, and in Details, set Audience.
In the Content list, the audience filter next to search shows only what a given audience can see.
Check it
In the Test box, pick the audience in Testing as and ask a question only that audience should get an answer to. Then switch to another audience, ask again and compare the sources.
