Access
Decide who Dexbi talks to in your server.
Settings > Access controls which members Dexbi answers, and how much. Only Admins and the Owner can change it. Everything here works on every plan.
Each role and user list has a Manage button. It opens the same screen as Teammates: add people by Discord User ID on Users, or check Discord roles on Roles.
Audiences
Groups of members you can target with documents and rules, like premium members. See Audiences.
Team roles
Staff Roles: your moderators and support staff. They're never counted toward the daily reply limit or treated as trolls. With Smart reply, Dexbi doesn't answer them unless they ping it, and it steps back when they reply to a member.
Required Roles: members must have one of these roles for Dexbi to respond at all. Leave it empty to let everyone use Dexbi. Handy for "Verified" or "Customer" roles.
Restrictions
Ignored Roles: Dexbi never responds to members with these roles. For example, a "Muted" role.
Daily reply limit: how many replies each member can get a day, in channels and tickets together. Pick Off (default), 10 a day, 20 a day, 50 a day or 100 a day. Once a member reaches it, Dexbi stops answering them until midnight UTC.
Ignore trolls: on by default. Stops answering anyone clearly trolling, spamming or baiting Dexbi, for an hour.
Blocked Users: people Dexbi never answers.
What the member sees
Nothing. When Dexbi doesn't answer someone because of these settings, it doesn't post a message about it. It just doesn't reply.
Let someone back in
/dexbi resume in the channel makes Dexbi answer normally again, and lifts a troll mute. It doesn't bypass Ignored Roles, Blocked Users or the Daily reply limit. See Slash commands.
See Limit replies and ignore trolls for a walkthrough.
