What each plan includes, read straight from Dexbi's plan settings.

Same on every plan
- Escalation rules, website sync, tone and style, Daily reply limit and Ignore trolls.
- Deploy to as many channels and categories as you like.
- Each member can get up to 5 replies a minute.
- When a public channel gets very busy (more than 30 messages a minute for Dexbi to look at), Dexbi answers only direct questions there until it calms down.
- One person can own up to 5 servers on the Free plan.
What the rows mean
- AI replies a month: every answer Dexbi posts in Discord. Test box messages don't count.
- Pages per website import: the most pages one website sync can take.
- Website pages imported a month: all website pages imported across syncs, including weekly re-syncs.
- Discord roles with dashboard access: Discord roles you add under Teammates, so everyone with the role gets access.
- Smart reply checks a day: how many messages the public agent can look at to decide whether to answer. Past that, until the next day (UTC), it answers only when asked directly: a ping, a reply to it, or its name.
- Images understood a month: images read by Understand images in your documents. Screenshots members send in Discord don't count.
Coming later
The pricing page lists Procedures and Analytics (Analyze in the dashboard) on Pro and Max. They're marked "Arriving soon" in the dashboard and aren't available yet.
Going over a limit
See Plans and billing. Nothing is deleted. The newest items past the limit are paused until you remove some or upgrade.
